The excitement and fun begins at the preliminary level. Preliminary pageants are held in cities all across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico from September to April each year. Our winners and runner-ups from the preliminaries are invited to compete at the State level with their $200 entry fee paid. All our State winners and the runner-ups are then invited to compete at the International level. Their International Finals entry fee of $450.00 is also paid. Our 2005 International Finals will be held in August in Atlanta, Georgia.
